FOLIO OF SCENES THAT OVERLOOK LAND OR SEA
Some of the most exciteing visuals for me are the overlooks...land that's a bird's eye view of a lower landscape or waterview. Some of the scenes are panoramic and others are tight, dependiong how I'd like to present it to my viewer. I enjoy painting scenes that are abstractive and complex. I also prefer the times of day that present dramatic color or long shadows...but I don't limit myself to those singular points of view...I will explore!

"NOVEMBER OVERLOOK" ~ Pamet
Different weather days during the fall
make a great deal of varience in color.

"MEGANSETTE OVERLOOK"
I love this view to sea...With Megansette Beach to my left, and Squiteague Harbor to my right.

"QUISSETT MEMORIES "
Peeking through trees that line harbors are
wonderful...and give a sense of scale to
the scene..

" ...WHILE I KISS THE SKY"
I'm high on an overlook painting the first
visible series of dunes that we see, as we approach Provincetown and view Pilgrim Lake.

"OCTOBER OVERLOOK" ~ Pamet
This was a different Fall month at Pamet River than above...and the color wasn't saturated from the rains.

"SEPTEMBER PEARLS"
There are times on Cape Cod that you
have to walk out and look back toward land for a great cloud view of the clouds.
